OUR AFFILIATES
Spectrum Collaborative has partnered with multiple local and national organizations. We are constantly looking to forge connections in our community. Below are some of the organizations we are currently working with. We are always open to hearing from organizations and community groups about how we can partner to advance each other's missions. Please reach out if you see an opportunity to work together!
SENECA FAMILY OF AGENCIES
Seneca Family of Agencies (formerly Seneca Center) was founded in 1985 as a small Bay Area residential and day treatment program with a simple but powerful mission: to help children and families through the most difficult times of their lives. Since then, Seneca has expanded to provide a broad continuum of permanency, mental health, education, and juvenile justice services, which today reach over 18,000 youth and families throughout California and Washington State each year.
In 2021 Spectrum Collaborative began a partnership with Seneca to provide wraparound services to children, youth, and families referred by the County of Ventura.
ONE STEP A LA VEZ
The One Step A La Vez program began in 2008 with a group of teens and founder Lynn Edmonds who wanted to bring needed services to youth in Fillmore & Piru. They saw their community was plagued with issues such as poverty, drug and alcohol use, family violence, and mental health needs and they decided to create more access to services in their community.
The youth created the One Step A La Vez Program which includes the One Step Center to provide behavioral health outreach, engagement, prevention and intervention services to the communities of the Santa Clara Valley (Fillmore, Piru & Santa Paula).

Founded by Jesse Tyler Ferguson, the goal of Tie The Knot is clear: to advocate for LGBTQ civil rights throughout the United States & beyond, and to look damn good while doing it. Jesse started Tie The Knot in 2012 as a fun way to engage every American in the fight for marriage equality. Ever since marriage was won in 2015, Tie The Knot has shifted its focus to LGBTQ rights within the United States and marriage efforts across the globe.
